For Madi + Walter’s engagement we explored Glenora Trails Regional Park in the Cowichan Valley and needless to say it was pure magic from start to finish. Glenora Park is filled with forest as far as the eye can see. Locations like Glenora will forever have a home in our photography hearts, because after walking not more than 5 minutes through the trees, you can be lost in a sea of green leaves, overgrown ferns and all things west coast, and everybody knows that makes for happy photographers.

The lighting is second to none, the views at Pitt Lake are truly unique, and without question Pitt Meadows is home to one of our favourite stretches of empty roadway. Alex + Charisse. What more could we possibly ask for in clients than everything that these two bring to the table? They have the most authentic connection to one another - one that the camera loves; they are practically models (seriously, just look at them); they embraced Mother Nature and all she brought for their session including a little rain, some snow, wind and of course chilly temperatures; and they are planning a beautiful Okanagan wedding which basically means not only do we get to photograph their beautiful faces with a stunning backdrop, but we get to do it while touring wineries - yes please! Meghan + Myles. We find it very hard to sum up how much our time with them both has meant to us. We photographed them at UVic. Those of you who know us and who have been following our story for some time will know that UVic is where we met and where we literally began our journey in the world of photography. Their session was also the final engagement we photographed of 2017, which was the conclusion to our busiest and most successful season to date. This industry is truly unique and we have been working our tails off for many years to grow our business to what it has become today. Finishing off our season with these two was without question the best possible ending we could have ever asked for.
