Felipe + Kaylee’s Pitt Lake Wedding in Pitt Meadows, BC, was easily a once in a lifetime wedding. We often say that there is a secret sauce in the perfect wedding day (the weather, the couple’s connection, the vibes, the venue) and it was certainly true with Kaylee + Felipe’s wedding because every single element came together and it was an actual joy to photograph. They told us from the first day we met them that it was their plan to make their wedding entirely their own, which basically meant saying ‘I do’ in a remote location surrounded by the people in their life they hold close, before hosting their reception in their family home. Where do we sign up!? No venue restrictions, no crunched timeline and no squeezing their ideal wedding day into a box of rules. Needless to say, it was a huge success.
