If chartering your very own private helicopter and exchanging personal vows during an intimate and extremely personal mountain top elopement in the middle BC’s backcountry isn’t the west coast wedding dream, then truly we don’t know what is. For many, a wedding means being surrounded by hundreds of guests, adoring fans and being the centre of attention for hours on end, but for these two the vision was incredibly specific from the very beginning. K + C wanted nothing over the top, nothing loud and certainly nothing extreme. Instead of a room full of people, they opted for something more personal and completely intimate. While COVID derailed an international adventure to the highlands of Scotland, a quick helicopter ride above the clouds to the top of a mountain was the magical setting they never knew they needed, and truly a moment in our wedding photography journey that we will never forget.
