There are no shortage of unique venues in Vancouver to consider when hosting a wedding, but very few are more unique and special than the Hanger Venue in Abbotsford.

There are few venues as special as Brix and Mortar in the heart of Yaletown in the middle of downtown Vancouver, and this beautiful and modern black tie wedding might just be our favourite one we have ever photographed in that incredible space. It was love at first sight for us when we first sat down and zoomed with Peter and Adanma. Their love for one another is second to none, their energy is unmatched and their effortless ease towards life is something we have never seen before. Never have we been so fortunate to work along side such warm and beautiful souls, and this wedding was truly one that we will never ever forget.

Imagine strolling through the narrow cobblestone streets of Alfama, a charming old district in Lisbon, Portugal, hand in hand with the love of your life. As the golden hour approaches, the sky paints a breathtaking canvas of warm hues, complementing the romantic ambiance that surrounds you. This is the setting for an unforgettable engagement session you’ll treasure for a lifetime.

There are no shortage of locations to consider for your engagement session, but if you’re looking for an uninterrupted ocean skyline, beautiful views of the Lions Gate Bridge and unbelievable sunsets, Ambleside Park in North Vancouver might be the perfect location for you. When Laura + Marcelo first approached us with the idea of exploring Ambleside Park for their engagement session, which was a favourite location for them when walking their dog, we jumped at the opportunity and it could not have been more special.

Those of you who have been following along on our photography journey since the beginning know that Vancouver Island holds a special place in our hearts, to finally have the opportunity to photograph a beautiful sunset engagement session in downtown Victoria was a dream come true.

There are very few things in life more beautiful than privately and intimately eloping with your person under the golden light of the setting sun in the middle of an old growth forest in the Pacific North West of Vancouver BC. When Kaitlyn and Andrew first contacted us describing how they wanted the setting to feel for their special day, we knew the exact place that we wanted to take them and that was of course into the forest of Golden Ears Provincial Park.

We have been fortunate to photograph boudoir sessions at a number of different locations, but this particular session at a beautifully simple and trendy naturally lit industrial loft space in Downtown Vancouver might be our all time favourite space.
