What can we say about our time with Jerome + Abby at the absolutely stunning Westwood Plateau Golf Course in beautiful Coquitlam, BC? We tell everyone the same thing and that is for us the most important element of wedding photography is the ability to form a connection with our clients (it also happens to be the most fun too!) Our connection with Jerome and Abby was truly special and we feel so blessed to have celebrated along side them both at their beautiful Westwood Plateau Wedding earlier this year.
Their wedding will forever stand out as being one of the most stylish weddings we have ever been a part of. The dresses, the suits, the venue and the florals (oh my goodness the florals) all came together in the most spectacular way, and we honestly can't stop obsessing over it all. Take all of that beautiful magic and throw it together along side their u-n-b-e-l-i-e-v-a-b-l-e connection and we are left with probably one of our favourite weddings from the whole season.
We were lucky to have joined Jerome + Abby for a whole day of celebrations. Their wedding began with some casual getting ready moments with both the guys and the beautiful ladies. They shared an emotional first look (just a few tears from the groom), and we photographed their bridal party portraits in some beautiful locations including a favourite new spot under Pitt Meadow's Golden Ears Bridge. After their portraits we made our way to the venue for their ceremony and of course the exciting party that followed shortly thereafter. The cherry on top of their perfect day was that we even managed to sneak the couple away for a few extra portraits in the evening light away from the crowds. Big shout out to Westwood Plateau for their amazing helipad photo location - it was truly perfect.
Everything about this day was magic and we wouldn't change a thing. Guys, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to play a role and for trusting us to document your journey together. We are forever grateful.
