Jeff + Mandy. We have known Mandy for many years. She is kind, beautiful and without question one of the most genuine humans we are proud to call our friend. Jeff is no different and the love they have for one another is truly second to none. One cannot help but smile when they think of these two and the journey they are taking with one another in life. Mandy has been there show support for us over the years and it was truly an honour to document her day with Jeff.
Their day began on a morning this past September. We spent our morning along side some of the most important ladies we are proud to call our friends. Each and every single one of them have shown us support and encouragement throughout our journey in the world of photography, and every opportunity we have to work along side them is something we truly cherish. We will see them all again for a wedding this coming August and we are literally counting down the days in excitement.
Jeff + Mandy shared their first look on the infamous docks of Port Moody, a very special backdrop for them both. After some portraits on the docks with the couple and their incredible group of friends, we made our way to Parkside for a refreshing drink to celebrate their day. Following photo time, we ventured to the venue for a few last minute portraits before the ceremony and the reception to follow shortly thereafter. They of course said 'I do' in front of their family and friends, and it was truly special.
As if we needed another element to make the day memorable, we were fortunate to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets of the year and you better believe we were able to take a few portraits as the sun faded behind the trees. Golden hour will never fail to amaze us.
Jeff + Mandy, thank you so much for the opportunity to play a role in your journey together. We have said it before and we will say it again, but we are truly honoured at the trust you have placed in us.
