Jeff + Dana's wedding will forever be one that we will truly never forget. We often say that one of the most incredible experiences in our wedding photography journey is when we get to work with a life long friend. Photography has afforded us many things over the years, but without question one of the most rewarding elements is the opportunity to reconnect with old friends. Although life may create many different paths for us all, wedding photography has created a path that brought us back to so many wonderful people from our past. Having shared many years of friendship with Dana, Sam was truly over the moon to be photographing her special day.
For their wedding, Jeff + Dana said 'I do' in front of their friends and family at a small girl guide camp. A tiny chapel within the trees would be the perfect backdrop for their special day. Having photographed at many golf courses, halls and churches, you can only imagine how excited we were to hear that we would be photographing this one at a breathtaking woodland chapel. The greenery and hand crafted tree trunk benches were just some of the amazing elements that jumped out at us. Following their ceremony we ventured to a local farm for their bridal portraits and then made our way to to the Cobble Hill hall to enjoy a delicious barbecue feast, speeches and dancing to end the evening.
